If you would like to get your products and services in front of customers on the other side of the world but you don’t want to go to the trouble or expense of coordinating displays at overseas trade shows yourself, now there’s a service that can help.
Association of Equipment Manufacturers is offering exhibit space in North American pavilions at three upcoming international expositions: bC India, BAUMA ConExpo in Latin America, and BAUMA ConExpo in Africa.
“The AEM pavilions offer companies a hassle-free exhibit experience and the opportunity to be located with other US and Canadian exhibitors in a central location with prominent country signage,” according to a AEM news release.
The service is ideal for small- to mid-sized new-to-market companies with limited resources. AEM pavilions have high visibility at overseas expos, making them especially valuable in gaining market exposure, potential distribution services and direct sales.
Exhibitors receive a standard package that includes exhibit space, hard walls, furniture, booth carpet, electrical service and a company sign. They also benefit from pre-show and onsite assistance from experienced AEM international trade show specialists.
Melissa Magestro, AEM’s senior exhibitions director, said international trade shows offer the perfect opportunity for domestic companies to expand to a global audience.
“AEM’s pavilions are ideal for small and mid-size companies who wish to explore opportunities in global markets but don’t have local distributors or company personnel to assist them,” Magestro told the Materials Handling Network. “Pavilions provide high return on investment and maximize international marketing opportunities.”
BAUMA ConExpo Africa will be held Sept. 15 to 18 in Johannesburg, South Africa. BAUMA ConExpo Latin America will be held Oct. 21 o 24 in Santiago, Chile. bC India will be held Dec. 15 to 18 in Greater Noida/Dehli, India.
